My issue is not resolved

I did not get any help from your end. I have called you many times but your customer care line is not reachable. Poor customer care support from Fitbit. I will never look forward to buy any item from Fitbit

Pairing issue with my sense

Versa 2 will not swipe, and it has to be charged every day.

I have not heard from Fitbit. I ha e not heard from Fitbit. I have not been contacted. I am still waiting for them to contact me.

Need help with my fitbit sense

The fit bit rep tried to help. He helped some but it didn't work but I found the fit bit sense PDF manual and downloaded the manual for my fitbit sense . I'll will work on my fitbit sense later.

Resolved: Problem with refund

I have returned the canceled Fitbit purchase and will receive my refund. This was my error in understanding procedure..

I had a problem with a refund; I had canceled an order due to an error then re-ordered but received the first canceled order and the second. I had difficulty with refunds on the canceled order. Fitbit responded very nicely and there is no further problem.

User's recommendation: Fitbit has proven itself to be customer oriented and helpful with their response.

Doesn't work & Cannot get support!

Fitbit - Doesn't work & Cannot get support!
I bought a Fitbit. The device looks nice & should be useful. However, the Fitbit app refuses to download to iPhone (IOS 15.2). It starts then stops after 2 seconds. I try to contact Fitbit support. However, you have to login to contact support. That means I have to create an account to log in to. How do I create a Fitbit account? No problem. Just create an account via the app! The folk at Fitbit are just so clever. So all I can do is return the device to the retailer.

User's recommendation: There are lots of great fitness devices. Fitbit isn't one of them.

I received. My replacement in a timely manner after several calls and over a month wait.

The US mail delay caused me a major delay in getting my replacement fitbit. Mailed the fitbit before Thanksgiving and there seemed to be a major problem with the mail. It took nearly a month for the mail to arrive. Fitbit made me wait because they had not received my old one. Finally someone said his is unreasonable to make him wait. The mail is not his problem.

My fitbit shows Celsius even after changing app to Fahrenheit .

Versa 3 will not change to Fahrenheit. It stays on Celsius. And yes it is on Fahrenheit in the Fitbit app

It fails to down load on my smart watch I believe it should be re placed or I get a lawyer in volved so l can find out who's useing my identity.

I have a problem

Very bad English spoken and not understanding the issue. Had to explain same thing again and again. So frustrating. I gave my, phone number, email address and my full name and again she asked me to provide. For a Google company Fitbit, customer service is terrible. So bad. Can't believe itdont

My watch is not starting

you have dine nothing but told me to buy a brand new watch which mine is 3 years old and is still fine it just needs to stay charged long worse company and well never go back and ill make sure others no iwatch or anything eles is better not only is your products crap so is your customer service....
