Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with product replacement. I contacted Fitbit again and was offered a replacement.

I accepted it because I love the features. The person did NOT state that you only have 1 replacement due to defect so I am VERY pleased!.

On Christmas morning 2019 I received my 1st Fitbit. By the end of March, it quit working. I walked and would swim, but it died after 3 months. I received a REFURBISHED replacement from Fitbit because it was under the 1 yr warranty. NOW June 20, 2020, the replacement...

Help getting my watch sycned

My sense was broken

After I went swimming with my kids in the summer,my Fitbit sense didnt work anymore. I guess water went in. Cause the charger, who is magnetic, was very strong and crashed the charging-Points. After I found the servicehotline (wasnt that easy), a very helpful and friendly person helped me to get a return! I got the new one a few days later, and its working again! Thanks a lot. No response from Fitbit and unable to contact them direct from South Africa.

My Fitbit doesnt sync . So many on the Fitbit forum have the same problem. Ive done all the suggested tips to get it synced without success. My other fit bit watch face is blurred and often blacked out.

Broken Fitbit again

Had a warranty Fitbit that they sent me a brand new Refurbished Fitbit . Its a joke I think not ! The refurbished Fitbit lasted less than 1 month and a bracket broke off where band attaches and here I sit and Wait For another Refurbished one . I bought a new product not a rebuilt one . I have been tracking this return since the 10th of the month . Still waiting! Product is not like it use to be . Sub quality poor quality and SLOW service !

Syncing my Fitbit to my ipad

I was frustrated that my Fitbit wasnt getting synced more easily. But, it really was my frustration coming out, not any of the people trying to help. I apologize for not being easy to assist, I hope it goes better next time. I did go to an Apple store the same day and they got it working in about 45 seconds. So you should be glad about that, yes? Thank you

The brightness on my Fitbit was dull. The support was very helpful. Marianna was patient and explained the procedure very well.

Versa 5 Fitbit Bank

The wristband on the Versa 5 is impossible for an elderly person to get on. Putting it on your wrist with the opposite hand is impossible to secure and put through the loop. Now I have to go purchase a new band.

My battery drains to quick. I have to charge it every single day it runs out fast I have never had this problem before with any of my other Fitbit products
