To get a better product because I have sent and went back and forth on this charge 5 so my resolve is to trash this product (which is what I have done) and not use this anymore. I have been with this company for about 12 years and enough already

User's recommendation: Do not buy this product there’s something wrong with it I have the charge 5 and it continues to burn my risk so after they (Fitbit) replaced it I got rid of it (trashed) because after wearing it my risk started to show/burn again I also wear a Apple Watch and I have never encountered this type of problem

I am not happy. I was treated like she was only concerned about the Fitbit band. Please send it back along with pictures and make sure I write my name on each individual picture. She was not at all concerned about the fact that the fitbit caused a burn on my arm. Yes she asked for pictures of this as well and again write my name on individual pictures. I don't understand the need for my name to be written in my handwriting on each picture. I would not lie about this. I am too old for all this un- necessary red tape.

I want to install Fitbit/ google wallet but I cant. There is a red badge with an exclamation point within that red circle in the wallet app. I dont know what that is about. I click on wallet app and the next screen comes up and in the lower right I click on the blue button to continue to next page to start installing credit card info. But doesnt go to next page

To whom it may concern: My name is Tanja . My Fitbit 3 the face is loose. How long is the warranty good for. I bought the watch 2 and 1/2 yrs. ago. Its disappointing that it didnt even last 3 yrs. Paying $336.37 for a watch is not cheap. Please send me a new one. I really love the watch. But cant afford to buy a new one.Sad

Buyer beware of Fitbit products!

Fitbit is garbage. I used to love Fitbit.

My girlfriend and I loved our previous watches that lasted several years. So this past December I decided to buy her the luxe watch for our anniversary. Well since the day of unboxing, its been nothing but headaches and frustration. Day one..

Luxe watch is not working. I contacted the online chat tech support, (shocking, after lots of troubleshooting, the Luxe still wouldnt work.) So they said they will replace the item. Its end of December/early January, I get the package slip, and I send it off and wait. I get an email stating that Fitbit received the device and is processing a replacement.

(Now February)Then, I get a second email from Google (that Fitbit is now part of google?) stating that they will process the replacement once they receive the item. Wait, what? Im confused, so I contact google support and show them all the documentation and tracking receipt, and they tell me they dont have any information and direct me to Fitbit. Okay I contact Fitbit customer service that takes you through automated options that will just direct you back to an email to a google circle form ugh..

so I contact Fitbit again and somehow, I am able to navigate getting a live person. That person tells me that yes, they received the package and the replacement is awaiting pickup, and I should receive the device soon. Welltwo weeks later nothing! (Now we are in March) I contact Fitbit again with the claim number, and they said oh google just received the device, but you have to fill out the form, so you need to contact google.

After more discussion and trying to understand why I have to go between two companies (calling google then Fitbit that bounces me back and forth) a discussion with a supervisor at Fitbit helps to assist on processing the form with google. Wellfour days later I get a package in a flimsy shipping envelope (not a box), and there is a fitbit watch in a clear plastic package (but is it a luxe that I originally ordered, NOPE!). So again, I call Fitbit feeling extremely frustrated and explain that they sent the wrong replacement product, and that I am requesting a refund, because this has been 4 months of nonsense. They have the audacity to tell me that Im past the 45 day window to request a refund when its been their two companies dragging this process out.

I request a supervisor to which I was told they will email me, and I said, no, I want to talk to a supervisor. They said the supervisor is busy and unable to talk on the phone right now, and I would be waiting on hold for hours to talk to a supervisor. The customer service representative said the supervisor will respond to me via email in an hour. I ask for the name of the supervisor *crickets* he doesnt know.

I said okay, I will wait for someone to reach out in an hour. Still nothing. Four months of headaches. This is one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever experienced.

It is also a horrible business model in how they operate their companies. Fitbit and google dont know who is doing what.

Go ahead and buy the Fitbit if you want to waste money and time being bounced around for a defective device and lousy customer service.

They were no help and offered no solution to the issue.

I sought help from Fitbit to get a refund from a service partner, Blackhawk, that they use to issue a virtual card instead of issuing a check for a faulty product of theirs that was recalled (Fitbit Versa).

I was never able to access the $300 on this virtual card at any website for any purchase. I tried multiple times.

I went to check the balance on the card months later and it was locked. I called Blackhawk and they told me it looked to them as if fraudulent charges were made using my card number. When I checked back with them, they claimed they sent me an email seeking proof of the fraud.I never got that email and how in the world could I provide proof of the fraud that I know nothing about? They told me that because I didnt respond and provide them with evidence, they closed the case and there was nothing else they could do.

I then contacted Fitbit customer service and they referred me back to Blackhawk who informed me that the matter is closed.

If you want to avoid aggravation, skip Fitbit and Blackhawk.

Buy an Apple Watch instead. #NeveragainFitbit

Fitbit Charge 4 is unrelialbe due to lack of sturdiness

I've just burned through my second Fitbit Charge 4 in about four years. My daughter gave me the first one. It lasted maybe a year and a half. I had to replace watch band a couple of times. Then the attachments to the body of the watch broke and new bands wouldn't stay fixed to the body. Got a new one in October 2022. Guess what? Same problem! This one has stopped functioning on the eve of a big trip. Exceedingly bad timing, but given my first experience with this shoddy product I should have know better! Now you can too!

Yes there is still a big problem! I still have an unauthorized 85 dollar charge to my bank! Not a single person has called or emailed about it. I am very mad !! This is absolutely ridiculous and there needs to be a better way to get this figured out. Google or fitbit just out here hacking people's accounts stealing people's money !

Why do I change to Google account?

I really dont know why you have to change from iCloud to Google. I prefer iCloud more but I in order to keep my app and my watch synced. I will go ahead and do it. This is ridiculous of you. Those that have iCloud you should support Google should change to iCloud, which would be easier.

Bought the Sense watch in Costco. The watch broke not long time after the 1-year warranty expired, a known issue directly related to it bad design as many owners found out: one day, watch stop charging and nothing can be done from there. Fitbit washes its hand with 'out of warranty device' but offers a 35% rebate which in my case, could only be used on Sense 2 (ECG required for health). My girlfriend has issue with her heart and need ECG app on the wrist to monitor it,buy Apple watch.

My Versa 4 is not consistently tracking sleep

I called Fitbit & spoke with George, who had me reset the Fitbit. He also only told me to do things I already was doing, because this is my 3rd Fitbit, and I am a knowledgeable consumer. My Versa 4 only tracked from 1:30 am to 5:32 am, even though I was still asleep when my 8 am alarm went off. I have sleep sensitivity set at the highest level. I don't feel as if George helped me with my complaint. This was a Valentines gift and I dont want to tell my partner about this problem, as he will feel badly about it
