Not sure what happened all of a sudden. It's always a day ahead.
I don't know if this watch is even set up. I bought an Inspire three. I used to have a Fitbit Versa, but I like the smaller Inspire three. However, the date is always a day ahead.
I bought it on July 22, 2025. I don't know what else to tell you, but I wish somebody would give me a call back or talk to me.

Preferred solution: I’d like someone to tell me how to change the date back to the normal date.

My Fitbit quit working and it wouldn't even let me open up the app on my phone to sync. I charged it and nothing's going right with it and this is my second one and they don't last long at all. I would like to be reimbursed with this don't buy a Fitbit

I am not happy with the overall episode. Though I was expecting a replacement I only got a discount towards a new device.
My device just stopped charging and gave up without notice. I found my old device but it charged once and also stopped working.
Nothing short of a replacement from Fitbit would make me happy. Thank you.

On or about 21 Aug 2025 I spoke via phone with a Pissed Consumer representative who assisted me in trying to resolve a Fitbit warranty issue. This was after several unsuccessful attempts to reach a live person at Fitbit on that date.
As of today, 12 Sept, 2025, I still have not received the replacement Fitbit Charge 6 that was promised.
My email from Google Store on 25 Aug 2025 states:
"Your package shipped on via UPS.
It may take up to 24 hours from the time that your package was shipped to track it on the UPS site.
Confirmed - Aug 21
Shipped - Aug 25
RMA number - RMA6436****
Item details - Fitbit Charge 6 Puck (Obsidian / Black)
SERIAL NUMBER: 424146****21 "
* On 12 Sept 2025, "I checked the UPS tracking and saw this message:
"Your shipment 1ZR642290****58038
Estimated delivery UPS doesnt have possession of the package yet. Estimated delivery date will be available as soon as we get the package."
- Trackers work fine
- Still have not received warranty replacement tracker
- Hard to contact unresponsive
- Fb cares more about new product rollout than its customers

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with product replacement. Was offered a replacement.
I contacted Google Fitbit for support spoke to rep and couldn’t get watch to work. Was offered a replacement but not a refund.This is my second Fitbit with issues.
Please note that I have tried all recommendations available online and have not been able to fix Fitbit charge 6 blank screen.

The sleep log does not let you update it . It restarts when you go to the bathroom at night and the app will NOT let you update the sleep

I have a Fitbit versus 3 and recently about a month ago I received a notification from my watch to my phone saying that my heart rate was unusually high for non-movement no activity something like that I then checked my stats and on a cardio card and it said I was in AFib I did not know this I immediately went to the hospital and I was in a fifth they had to reshock my heart back to regular rhythm I was in the hospital overnight Fitbit saved my life thank you My Fitbit versus 3 has been on my arm for almost 4 years 5 years 4 or 5 years My face is starting to come apart so I can't take a shower with it no more and I am scared to be without one because the battery life is starting to go on me I cannot afford to get a new one can Fitbit help

The person was courteous, knowledgeable, understood the issue, and resolved it quickly!I tried to rate the experience after the call but when I pressed “5” on my phone key pad, it didn’t register.
The person I spoke with was very proficient, polite and professional. I am very pleased with the help I received.
Sadly I dont know his name and was unable to do the survey at the end because when I pressed number 5 on my phone keypad it didnt register. (I wasnt given an option to do it elsewhere)

It was due to a recent update. Still is not work and they said they could not do anything else.Thanks
I have tried everything they asked me to do, and nothing works. It was working fine until the update.
To me, it seems like this is a major issue on their part. One day it was working, and the next all of a sudden it doesn't. It seems like they do this so that you have no choice but to buy a new watch. I will be turning this over to the Better Business Bureau.
It may or may not help, but at least I am trying to help people all over.
There are so many complaints; just look. Thanks.
