I changed the clock face this time. Tome will tell if the watch continues to work properly. This is at least the 5th tome I have called about this watch.

Had technical issues with two Versa 2 watches.
I have two Versa 2 watches and customer service made both of them useless when I called about an issue. They had me try different things to fix a small issue with the first watch which made it freeze up with a Reset failed message So then he said to get the other watch He had me do things to it and the same thing happened Its like he did it on purpose.
Now neither watch is usable.
I called back and tried to get them fixed by two other technicians and they couldnt fix either They said Id get a discount if I bought more to replace them. They originally worked until I called them about a slow button response.

Verified Buyer |Very difficult and time consuming.
I purchased two Fitbit watch in Dec-22. One just died after charging 100% One belt is broken, and the pin is also missing therefore requested a replacement in Jul-24.
Had couple of messaged back from customer services but had no luck but to lodge into google with lots of other questions to go through. I had provided the photo of the broken belt as well and then lost hope
The service provided is also very technical.
Also find it very hard to contact customer service.

I have Two Versa 2 Fitbits that only tells time
The customer service person had me try several different things on my Two Fitbit Versa 2 devices They wouldnt do anything except tell the time. However, when he finally gave up, they wouldnt even function to tell me the time just an error message is on both of my devices.
So he said he would e-mail me two coupons, since both devices are now useless. The email I got has a number, but no way to use it.

I originally never received good help that actually fixed my Fitbit Sense2 watch... so I quit using it and bought a cheaper knockoff which worked just as well.
Then today, I received a notification that I was charged $86+ for the Fitbit subscription. After a lengthy process of trying to contact customer service, I asked for a return authorization to send in my Fitbit, but he just showed me how to cancel my subscription and couldn't refund my $86. He would send me his information and how to contact Google to get my refund, but his email didn't provide his information or how to contact Google to get my refund... only how to cancel my subscription, which I had already done.
I am not happy. This turns me off of Google, period.
Preferred solution: Full refund

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. Gave me 50 off a new one.
After 4 replacements it's out of warranty. They gave me half off the versa 4. Instead of sending a new one they gave me half off the versa 4.

The Sense 2 fitbit watch has some issues. I had a regular Sense fitbit that quit working after 2 years so I bought a new Sense 2.
It failed to show numbers on the home page.
After calling fitbit one of their technicians was able to get the watch working as it should. I thank fitbit for the assistance given to me by the technican.

Call them for help, many solutions were offered and we tried them over the line but failed to resolve it. We tried rebooting the Fitbit and also changing the watch face, but we were still not able to resolve it. At last, they offered to replace the Fitbit with a new one.

While trying to conduct the required firmware update for my Fitbit Sense yesterday, I was unable to complete the process via WiFi or Bluetooth. After 4 hours I gave up and went to the Help page, which was NO help at all, and kept referring me to a forum or Chat.
I wanted a person, but there was no phone number provided. I went to the Internet and queried Fitbit phone number, and got one. The rep I called (Camillo?) walked me through a very different process from what the given instructions were, and he was very patient with my struggles. At one point he asked me to restart my iPhone, after which he called me back and I noted that the incoming call was from Colombia.
I was briefly concerned that this wasnt a US call, but he was beyond excellent and fixed the issue, all within about 20 minutes. An update shouldnt have to be this hard, and Fitbit should post their phone number on their Help page and be more customer oriented. But Camillo( sp?) was wonderful. He is a credit to Fitbit and Pissed Consumer and in fact, thats exactly what I was before he resolved my issue.
I found it very ironic that Fitbit has a service by that name, as if they know how frustrating their so-called Help page is. I was all ready to ditch my Fitbit and go with Apple Watch until Pissed Consumer saved the day!

The prongs on the pebble broke, I ordered a band to accommodate it, when I charged the Fitbit charge 4, it vibrates, the battery lights up on the back but the screen remains black. Yes, it was completely drained and dormant for a couple of months during my search for replacement parts, I have tried with no success everything suggested to get the screen to reboot and respond.
Any new suggestions will be helpful. Please keep in mind I have a neurological condition and things are not always easy for me.

They want a credit card to proceed with upgrading mine, and I can't get customer service to inquire about getting an upgrade. Mine said they can't deal with customer support and service; they suck.
I'm going to Carbonex smart watch to get real customer service. Fitbit customer service sucks, it's getting ridiculous.
I hope they go out of business. Other people are saying to switch to a Smart watch.
