Fitbit - Warranty non/existent
My wife’s Fitbit was 10 months old when band came off and would not reattach. I contacted customer service and after jumping through hoops to submit documentation they requested I was informed by them the photograph I had submitted to them was not sufficient. It was. I had fulfilled all their requirements yet my claim was denied. Terrible company. I finally fixed with super glue.
