I ordered 2 fitbit charge 4. One arrived a couple days later.

I waited two more days and no communication about the second one. I called customer service number provided. After about ten minutes, they told me the other one was back ordered. No idea when it would be sent.

I was disappointed that there had been no communication about the back order.

We then decided to cancel the order for the second one. My wife called customer service and waited 23 minutes. The rep told her that she could not cancel the order. We did manage to find out that we had only been charged for the first one.

She asked to speak to a manager and was told that there were none available. After a few minutes of arguing she said she would transfer her to a supervisor (not sure if that is different than a manager). The manager told her the exact that it is not possible to cancel an order. My wife got angry.

Now we are going to cancel the order for both fitbits.

All because of lousy customer service. I went from a happy to a mystified to an angry customer in about 2 hours.ever buy a fit bitN

User's recommendation: I would never recommend Fitbit to anyone ever again.

Preferred solution: Full refund.

Fitbit Cons: Horrible customer service.
