CareCredit - FitBit Offer

This company ran a promotion for a free FitBit. I registered online and waited for the first 2 payments to be paid on my card, as required. I have called 3 times to check on my FitBit and have been given the runaround each time, all with a different excuse for not receiving the item. In my humble opinion, this promotion is like many others, nothing but a scam to get you to open an account. To me, this is poor customer relations and should be illegal.

Amazon - Won't Honor purchased Items
Amazon recently cancelled my purchase of Fitbit Versa watch at $89.99 for the reason that they are currently not available. The email stated that the item was on backorder with a ship date of Jan 15th - Feb 6th. Ironically, Fitbit Versa are available to purchase at the full price of $199.99 and it is sold and shipped by Amazon. Talk about a company that does not stand behind their own advertised price online. Clearly Amazon is not aware of the Massachusetts consumer laws.

Accelebrite - Smart fit health track is trash

I bought two of these and I may as well just have a rubber band around my wrist. They don't sync and are useless. I am VERY VERY disappointed in FNF for conning me out of my hard earned money. No refund; really, when they don't even come close to functioning as advertised. Fake NEWS, how about fake advertising...
