Fitbit charge replaced twice and HR they would not replace as the original was purchased over 365 days ago. My initial Fitbit Charge HR failed to display within the first year of purchase. I called the support line and was sent a replacement in August 2016. The replacement fitbit lasted until October 20th 2016 where it failed again. (face plate was stuck on 122) Called the support line and they offered a 25% discount on a replacement due to the fact that the warranty had expired from the original fitbit purchase. It was only a few months old.....I kept the replacement for awhile and just recently activated it. It worked for a month and just quit. After putting on my Fitbit decided to run some errands in my truck. Rode around 60 miles seldom leaving truck. I purchased a Fitbit charge January 2015. August 2015 it quit syncing (7 months). Replacement received. Then on March 13, 2016 (7 months from replacement) wrist band broke (seems to be a common problem). Replacement received. It's a known problem in the Fitbit community. They got your money & could care less about a solution to the problem. My first charge died after 8 months, they sent me a replacement, now have this problem. A month out of warranty, and all they can, or will do, is offer a 25% off on another POS!
