I find the Fitbit product to be lacking in quality for such an overpriced product. It is poorly built using the cheapest materials available in the market. I have bought multiple Fitbits and within less then 6 months the armbands start to rip, bubble or just fall apart.

Worst product ever!!! Had my Fitbit 1 year 1 month and 7 days before if completely fell apart. Not to mention I only wore it only 8 months out of the year. Fitbit customer service refused to replace it since it was 38 days out of warranty. I have 3 other friends that had fitbits that fell apart. Terrible product and waste of money. For what they cost, they should last longer.

My husband bought me a fitbit a couple of years ago. It broke and my mother bought me the HR fit. That fit bit broke and my husband bought another one. The strap broke and I got a replacement. Now the replacement will not charge and the best the company can offer is 25% off after paying full price for three trackers that have all broken or fallen apart.

My watch band came apart under normal wear. I contacted Fitbit, and they wouldn't off to replace it. Instead they could only offer me 25% off a new Fitbit. I thought about upgrading to a blaze, but the screen is known for cracking. Fitbit has to be the most poorly made product in this field. DO NOT BUY A FITBIT!
