Long wait to answer phone then outgoing message stated to call back...Will not use this again. I do not recommend this to anyone!

no customer service #...how do I get a warranty replacement? Or, at least tell me via a real person, how to fix it!

Having to change to Google caused me to lose years of Fitbit data

I originally used a work email address, I think to get a discount, Michael.jordan@***.com when I signed up. I got a notice that I had to change to a google login, that my login would not work next year.

My Google account is under mwj2502@***.com. So when I used the google log in years of data were gone. When I tried to login with I got that my password was compromised and I was unable to change the password. The service rep tried to get the computer people to move the data from my old email to the new email but was told it couldnt be done.

I have no issue with the service he provided, he did everything he could to resolve my issue, request to put me on hold and apologized for the delay, perfect service protocol.

I am upset with Fitbit for requiring me to change logins and not having a way to move my data. The service rep did an excellent job the company not so much.
