Fitbit - Customer Service for Serial Number is Horrible!
Customer support to assist me with the Fitbit not syncing was great. When I requested the serial number of the Fitbit I OWN to update an insurance policy not through Fitbit, I was told that their policy prohibits them from sharing that.
I read their legal policy and no where in that policy does it state this prohibition. Numerous requests to provide the specific location of their policy resulted in canned responses with no real and honest answer. Is this just something they say or can they actually provide the "policy" they refer to? Garmin just may get my business again.
They are at least responsive to the needs to their consumers. Well, what's it going to be?
