My son & daughter gifted me versatile sometime four years ago which is not working.

My versa lites screen touch is not working , it is going off frequently, and not matching time . my only request to see it is repaired . I am ready to pay for it . My surprise with dismay is, such a high priced product is marketed without customer support. On line support is no support for senior citizen like us .

User's recommendation: Fitbit is without customer support. Buyer should think twice before buying.

Defective fitbit

I have two Fitbits that I received as replacements. The original order had a blood pressure monitor in it the new ones do not. That bakes the replacement fitbits useless to me. I would like replacements with the blood pressure monitor function as that is the reason that we purchased them

I followed directions for swimming exactly and product still broke after swimming on the secound day Customer service sucked and wouldn't do anything. I spend over $200 on the versa 3 for it to break

I got the fitbit sense and it won't change the degrees from Celsius to Fahrenheit, on the phone app it is on Fahrenheit but not the watch

Bad product worse customer service

The product was defective and all the costumer service reps were entirely unhelpful and unwilling to resolve the issue. They don't care about their quality or their customer service. Overpriced throwaway trash.

I cannot establish the reason the band is not being sent to me ..just silence !! What is one supposed to make of this non service issue Is this what one should expect after purchasing a fairly expensive activity fitness tracker ???

I wasnt aware my subscription for Fitbit premium was a recurring payment annually i got a free trial with my new Fitbit but I didnt want it anymore but the payment was taken from my account.

Fitbit does not work

Ive Ben a fan of Fitbit for years, every fitbit device has had issues and Ive replaced them by paying for and upgrade and getting another with in the warranty time. It is very frustrating not to have a reliable tracker. Please advise me on to say with Fitbit or jump ship and go to another provider of tracking my fitness. Thank you in advance. Felecia Shurn

My Fitbit Versa 2 won't charge.

My Fitbit watch doesn't charge. It's only a year old and suddenly stop working. I tried to get it repaired, but there is no service center for it. I wonder how come there is not even a single contact number available. It's such a waste of money to buy such stuffs. I'll only recommend not to buy any such stupid brand.

Heart rate inaccuracy

Inaccurate heart rate readings on the Sense, despite trying every possible option re device repositioning and wristband tightness It is especially inaccurate during intense exercise or on a machine (elliptical). Any other suggestions as to what I may try would be most welcome

I placed an order with Fitbit for a Fitbit Sense in December 2021. As of January 2022 nothing has been received. Tracking info shows it's out for delivery for the past several days but no delivery although the shipper has been delivering packages to the homes around me. I called Fitbit twice and was told to call back the next day and they would refund my money. When I called back, they refused to refund or take any further action and told me to work it through my credit card company.

User's recommendation: Don't do business with Fitbit. They may take your money and not deliver a product.

Warn people about dodgy return policy

The anchor holding the band on my Fitbit snapped -- an all-too-common occurrence if you check multiple forums -- so I filed a warranty claim. After jumping through a bunch of hoops, I finally got the replacement. It's the watch body only. I contacted their support chat and was told that in the email I was sent there was a disclaimer that the warranty return was for the body only. However, thinking I'd be sent a replacement watch, with bands, I threw the old body AND bands away. Now I get to pay for a new set of bands at oh-so-low Fitbit prices.

Fitbit hr dischrged

My fitbit is still discharging at less than 2 hrs even whenkeft unworn or untouched. It is very disappointing that no actions were tken
