Of course, as expected no response!
I have 2 Fitbit devices (Inspire 2 and 3) and ONE phone. GOOGLE Monopoly does not have the brains and willingness to put two Inspire watches on one phone.
You'd think that they would welcome multiple purchases?
The one option to run second device on computer was taken away by GOOGLE. Very arrogant!!DO NOT BUY

Verified Reviewer |Battery on my Fitbit won't stay charged after I reset my phone
They're going to send me papers to fill out then I will send them this Fitbit watch back they will send me a new one I have never had any trouble with them, my last one was recall and they replaced it with this one and this one now has quit working they're going to replace it with a new one, I'm very satisfied with them helping me I don't take showers with my Fitbit on I know they say it's waterproof but I don't quite believe that, I guess I don't think anything's really quite waterproof so I don't wear it when I take a shower I wear it when I do dishes and sometimes I get it wet and I dry it off but it's not in the water water and when I resetting my phone and trying to get it to hook back up to my app I don't know why it wouldn't I keep trying and then when it finally did the battery ran immediately down and it got very warm when I charged it so I don't know why resetting my phone to factory settings caused it to do that I have no idea. they're going to replace it so that's what I'm happy about cause I ware it all the time.

I Told Whole Story Yesterday & Sent My Answer But Was Sent A MessageThat Something Wouldn't Send It Since Your Address Was Not Able To Be Delivered So In Short 26 February 2024 I Started The Process Of Getting A Refund For My Ionic Watch I Received The Package From Fitbit James Parks CEO & Co Founder I UPS My Watch On 8 March 2024 And Fitbit Recieved It On 11March 2024 But Since Then They Lost My Watch And Won't Replace It Saying Never Got It But I Have The UPS Tracking Number And Number On Package My Watch Sent In They Still Couldn't Find Watch Also When I Got My Phone Inquiry Number On 26 February 2024 And Another Long Number They Never Sent A Reference Number Which They Need To Send Me A Refund So I As A Man Going Be 69 Years Old The 25 February 2025 And Next Day Will Be A Year On 26 February 2025 That They Will Still Be Screwing A Disabled US ARMY PARATROOPER And Senior Citizen Around Hope You Get This I Have Given Everything They Wanted Pictures And All I Can Name 12 People Plus That I Have Talked To And Everyone Expediteing My Case Sure Don't Look Like It

Fit bit app wont let me change any settings after time change. It messed up all my daily goals and will not accept new ones.
I have tried all recommended fixes and nothing is helping. Turn phone off and on. Turn Bluetooth off and on. Uninstall and install, update.
Nothing is solving the issue. This fit bit and phone does so many amazing things but cant handled a time change?
I flew across 5 time zones last September and it was fine but a one hour change and it stops working. So saf

The service person I unfortunately was connected with was totally unhelpful
1. His breathing was offish.

He completely misunderstood what I needed help with. Being: on your app there is an ad to try something new. 2 legs black and white. I cannot get past that image no matter what I try.
It says to continue to Google login or Fitbit login. Since I didn't want whatever it was offering, I did not want to do either and just wanted to just check my scores.
I asked to speak to a supervisor and after a wait, he came back to tell me there was no supervisor working and I needed to call back another time.
Needless to ssy I have never had worst treatment from anyone. I still have my problems.
My issue is not resolved
Person was very short at times! Needs to learn patience with customers .
My issue has not been resolved at this time. I will be calling back on Monday hopefully my issue will be resolved when I call back.
Also I am hoping that the person will have more patience. I also think it is ridiculous that I have to right at least a 100 symbols.

I couldn't get a sleep score. Customer service walked me through several processes that worked. SUPER PATIENT!

It will not connect, so I cannot see calls on my Versa 2 watch. I've tried to turn Bluetooth off and my phone off.
I am still not receiving calls or text messages from my Versa 2 watch. Is it because I have an Apple Watch?
I am ready to return the Fitbit and get an Apple Watch.
- It has a lot of health features
- You always have to tap the watch to see the screen
- It never shows you your calls or text messages
Preferred solution: I want the watch to work correctly or give me a new one or a refund.

The band broke next to the face on the last fitbit I had and was not repairable so I had to buy a new one. The Luxe keeps forgetting who it is after charging.
It's happened probably 5 times. It would lose my data, it would forget the date and time and location. I would have to fully restart it and sync to my phone as if it was a new product.
It's very annoying. I won't buy fitbit again.I don't trust it.
