I wrote a review on August 8, 2023 about my Fitbit Versa 3 not working and 4 refurbished replacements (refurbished means someone else's problem watch which may or may not have been resolved). Since my last refurbish (used) replacement was given to me after after the July 12 warranty they will not given me another replacement.

Now my last refurbished replacement stopped working on October 30, less than 3 months of wearing, they refuse to replace it again with a new or used watch. What's makes Fitbit feel they are a good customer service customer if they give you used watches to replace a new purchase without update the warranty period?

Fitbit's Company and customer service SUCKS! I wonder if Google knew the kind of *** product and service Fitbit offered before they purchased the company?

Preferred solution: A NEW Fitbit with a actual warranty, not a used Fitbit with the outdated warranty. They are offering me a 35 percent discount on certain Fitbit products

The face came off Ive been try to get some type of resolution . They say I have to pay and be a member of some sort of program before I can get any typ of assistance . They also said I have give them my credit card # . The Fitbit is versa 3 . No good. . Cant get any help

Hi Fitbit, my wifes Fitbit versa 2 which was bought for her birthday and given to her on 14th October 2021 has been very good till now, but suddenly the front/face has fallen off and is obviously not useable any more. I believe the guarantee is for 2 years and although the purchase was just over 2 years ago it wasnt used until after14th October 2021and broke on 22nd September 2023, while we were on holiday . Is it still covered by guarantee and if so what do we do about it next please. Regards, Roy Robinson

Fitbit Charge 4 band attachments to body break far too soon

I've just burned through my second Fitbit Charge 4 in about four years. The bands break, which would happen in a convention watch as well. However, the connections on the body break as well far too early. That means the watch is unusable. I've just gone through my last Fitbit product.

I didnt get my refund of the Fitbit ionic which was recalled in 2022 June Case # 5218****. They told me that they were going to issue me with a card with the amount money which I didnt get. Today March /22 / 2024 Ive talked to a customer service Lady called SOFIA WHO WAS VERY POLITE ON LINE SHE TOOK HER TIME YO LOOK GOR THE INFO AND THE EMAIL AND SHE SAW THEM FROM THEIR END. She said she was going to let the people concerned to follow my case. That I should wait for an email from their office.

I ordered a fitbit back in November of 2023 as a Christmas gift for my son. After 3 weeks of no delivery, I started calling customer service. Long story short I still don't have a fitbit and they have now offered me a free band for compensation for my 20 hours on the phone and 3 different re orders maid! Not good enough! My son still doesn't have his Christmas gift. Ps. The last person tried to send it to " house, Oshawa, L1k1k9 " thats not even an actual address!! I did confirm today that they have had my address the whole time and they tried blaming the shipper!!
