Versa 2

I am sick and tired of all the problems with my versa 2 - now i don't have any way to sync the damn thing so nothing is showing in my stats, the time is wrong and there is no sync capability on the app. what is the problem - i got used to my smart watch being nothing more than an expensive watch - since it never did pair with my phone - but really - won't even keep time. Fitbit used to be good and reliable - guess I won't ever have a smart watch. I am really pissed! Lousy, lousy product and no help on the app or website - takes a google search to even find customer service. Really fuming here and pretty positive that you don't even care

My charger doesn't work.

Called in today for my Fitbit charger. It stopped working and wouldn't charge my phone. The customer service representative was very nice and professional she advised me my product was under warranty, and she would send me out a new charger. That was awesome news to me, and she expedited my package! The representative was so awesome! I would give her a 10/10

I need to request a return for a Fitbit charge 3. It works fine, just decided against it. Figuring out how to return something to Fitbit is not easy!

The issue has not been fixed yet Im waiting on an email with my auctions the woman on the phone was very helpful and well see what happens from here I hope the issue is fixed like I said in the beginning this is the second Fitbit I have bought since January 1 one was the charge and it didnt hold a charge it said it should for seven days it never did I returned it I brought the charge HR it says it has a charge for five days and it has not done that yet so after talking to Fitbit

I called in and so happened I end up with the same person his name was David when I say I got the same good help I got when I called in the last time. I couldnt find the promo code that he sent from my last call because my warranty was gone off my watch. He went in and found my code and even tried to order the things I was trying to order. But I end up having to go online and order he stayed on the phone with me the whole time and was very patient with me because I was having problems finding where the promo code went. And when I asked about the product I was looking to purchase he answer my questions even went to the point if he didnt know to find out.Thanks David for being you keep doing what you do. Just along the attitude you had made me wanted to keep shopping.

Fitbit band broke

Fitbit band broke
My fitbit broke and it is a sad day. It was not even used for a year. My daughter gave it to me for Christmas last year. I didn't use it immediately. I also had surgery on both hands so that was another 8 weeks I was not able to use it. A piece broke out of the black area. I shall look forward to your solution to this problem Have a good day. Problem with sync

My charge 4 watch is not showing notification of incoming calls, text messages, Email and other apps notifications which have been selected. Kindly resolve this issue at the earliest.

No Response But Someone Else Helped

I could not clear my weight goal. It said I weighed 0.2 lb. when I put in weight it said must be over 0.2 and under 500 lb. Nothing helped. Until someone told me to change browsers. That worked. Problem is solved but not by Fitbit. I love my Fitbit. I just did not appreciate being ignored as a consumer.

I had them for a day but nothing except a notification and it took me to a challenge and I had to make a cheer from scratch as it could kick me off at any moment. I have several friends with the same issue.... its stressful when your workouts and stepping against others gives you a competitive edge and you lose that. I mentioned my cheering... so Ill leave that alone.

The initial transaction was for $224.91 for the Fitbit Versa 2, the 2 year protection plan and taxes. Two days later, after the product had shipped, a second hold was placed on my funds in the amount of $187.96. The closes thing to an explanation was was that it "probably not a purchase but rather only an authorization for something". So for 2 days, there was 2 authorizations totaling $412.87 on my account instead of the $224.91 that I actually spent. There has not been the first explanation as to why or how this happened, resulting in my cancelling that card out of concern that it was as a result of a *** on their system. If basically authorizing double the price of a product is standard procedure, a disclaimer during the purchase process is in order. If this was a system error, an apology would have been the professional, consumer focused thing to do.
