I spoke to a Representative who told me I would be getting a replacement product and now I have to pay for it.

I received the current charge 4 in February of 2/2022. It is not even a year later & the product broke. I dont have money to keep wasting on a defected product. This charge 4 should be replaced at no additional cost to me. The lady on the phone said it would be replaced. I have been a very loyal long term customer.

Couldn’t log into acct.

Customer service was very helpful. Easy to follow instructions. Love the Sense2 Fitbit. First one Ive owned and Im going to love using it!

Order not received

Item ordered not delivered. Order placed 12/24/2022. As of 01/05/2023 still not delivered. Terrible service. Customer support stated I must wait 7 days after UPS tracking last update before I can claim package lost. Last update is 12/31/2022.

Resolved: Question about replacing charger

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with product replacement. Like I said, in my review, I lost my charger to my new Fitbit charge five I called up customer service and because I had insurance I’m assuming because I had insurance they are sending me a replacement charger.

I just purchased this new Fitbit charger 5 and somehow I lost my charger! I was going to go online and buy a new one and then I realized I had the warrantee, cant hurt to call. Good thing I did I was covered, they are send me a replacement and it took all of 5 minutes of communicating with the service rep and its on its way.

User's recommendation: Excellent customer service, simple and easy process. I would recommend Fitbit to anyone who wants to avoid any of those normal hassle’s you get with all the other companies!! You don’t get that with this company.
