Poor product

Fitbit does support and replace charge 4 under warranty, which is wonderful, BUT the mechanism for changing bands is plastic and breaks!! I love the Fitbit, but unfortunately it is cheaply made and breaks. Got it last year for Xmas, band broke by spring sent me another one now it broke again 2 weeks ago. So I am done

User's recommendation: don't buy any fit charge products if you like to change bands . plastic and it breaks.

Fitbit wont turn on

I still need to do the video to send you. I will do it tomorrow. The Fitbit stopped working while running an update. Is that something you can fix on your end?

Fitbit not charging!

My hr2 is not charging and it is difficult to get help. You must go through many hoops to get a person!

Plastic connectors broker off to attach band

I'm having the same problem many other users have complained about in the forums regarding the Fitbit charge 4. I'm no longer able to attach my band to the watch because the plastic connectors that attach the band to the watch broke off. Can I get a replacement watch? If not can I get a discount code to purchase the new Fitbit 5? I'm hesitant to buy another Fitbit product if they're all connected by plastic. Please help! Thank you, Patricia

Fitbit failed

Fitbit will not advance to each setting. Steps, blood pressure, etc. please advise. Has worked very well since received as a gift several years ago. Suggestion?

Broken fit bit less than a year old

The button that holds the band on is broken and I cant wear it I got this last Christmas its less than a year old a charge for

My fitbit doesn't work

Good morning, I bought in Portugal (Decathlon store-Santarem) my fitbit inspire, at end of April 2021. After few weeks the original bracelet broked. Plus 2 months even full charged my watch didn't work. Basically i don't know what is the problem, just can say that don't work. Because the strore gace me the guarantee for 2 years i contact you for ask your help. They told me that i need contact you directly. Appreciate your help and I'm waiting for feedback. My Fitbit watch would not sync with my phone. I talked to 2 different associates. I found out I had a charger 3 and the associates still could get my Fitbit to sync with my phone. However I downloaded

I downloaded Fitbit to my iPad and used different email address and synced it to my iPad and it worked. Thanks

Fitbit not working

Says water resistant. Running in the rain and Fitbit got wet. Consequently Fitbit no longer is working unfortunately.

Product not working

The whole face of my iconic watch came off.....I found out I do not have warranty. My warranty was for 12 months, it expired in 2020. I was offered a discount but I cant afford what I want right now so I have to wait. I'm not upset at all.

Fitbit Sense does mot give notifications, no response from customer service

My Fitbit Sense was a gift. I like many features; but one of the most important ones for me -getting notifications- does not stay connected to Bluetooth. This is most important because I have a hearing loss and rely on these notifications. Customer service has been no assistance.

No help with faulty fit bit

I received the Fitbit Sense for my birthday. The Bluetooth connection never stays connected so I can receive notifications. I have joined the community forum multiple times to search ideas for trouble shooting and each time it was the same steps which I did over and over. I even had other more techie people try to solve the issue; but it still does not work. I am frustrated and the Fitbit customer service people never responded to my direct complaint.

User's recommendation: I would not purchase the Fitbit Sense. Please research others who have success with their Fitbits (other models) prior to purchasing. I wish I had went with an Apple Watch instead.

Heart rate tracker is horrible

Fitbit - Heart rate tracker is horrible
I have a Fitbit Sense and so fed up with the heart rate tracker which is the main reason I have a fitness watch. So I just bought a Lux and that is even worse. I have the image showing Sense vs. Lux and neither is correct compared to me just counting my heart rate using a clock.

User's recommendation: Don't buy Fitbit for heart rate tracking.
