Pissed consumer ?? Weird This is the weirdest email I ever received . I completed my survey . I like my Fitbit but they break so you need new one every 2 years . Our 1st one broke right after 1 year warranty ran out . Same happened to My husband . Im on Fitbit # 3

User's recommendation: Beware they break after 2 years so you have to buy a new one.

Screen has gone blank

Fitbit - Screen has gone blank
I recently purchased the Fit bit charge 5 and the screen has gone black with only 5 dots on the top of the screen. Associate trying to help fix the problem over the phone was unable to get it to work. I had to send a photo of the screen which I did. Waiting on a response about what the issue is and how it can be fixed. This is not my first Fitbit, I'm a repeat user of the device

You sent me a new Fitbit luxe and I can't set it up because my email is taken by me

I needed to login with my email and password. The agent was very patient and walked me through the next few steps.

Very good service

Product was not received, but solution was good. Talked to a real person and problem solved immediately. A little hard to understand, but that was probably my old hearing.

Ur charging me £7.99 a month I never signed up for anything Ive tried phoning Fitbit on 4 different occasions & its an ultimated service saying they cant do anything can you please help. Thank you

Need to talk to somebody Had trouble with the Fitbit bands breaking quite easily and now I piece of the Fitbit broke off and I was only leaning on a countertop

My watch stopped charging after barley 3 years

fitbit is gargbe i wouldnt suggest this to anyone my watch was fine before then the battery stopped working it barley stays charged for a whole 24 hours its crap i called for help but was told your over your warranty so heres 30 percent off for a new one i could barley afford this one which was 300 dollors i cant afford a new one i expected this to last longer than 3 years a iphone last longer WASTE OF MONEY DONT BUY FITBIT THEY DONT CARE AND THERE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS CRAP !!

Poor product quality

my fitbit 4 ( the second one) broke where the strap attaches to the face. Fitbit says tough luck heres 35% because we want to keep you in the family. i try to buy another charge 4 oh sorry we dont make those anymore, guess i have to buy a charge 5.... oh but the discount isn't any good on that one cause its new... so what they are really saying is . to bad our product broke we dont care

Defktes charge4 Armband.

Sehr geehrtes team , ich habe seit nicht mal einem Jahr das produkt der charge4 von ihrem Unternehmen. dieses habe ich mit dem schwarzen armband und 2 weiteren bändern. Welche im regelmäßigen abstand getauscht wrrden. Diese sollte heute auch erfolgen , jedoch ist das armband beim abmachen direkt gerissen was ich im keinster weise mutwillig vollzogen habe , ganz im gegenteil , meine Uhren sind alle im besten Zustand und wrrdwn gepflegt. Diese sjedoch ist genau in der mitte des halben bandes gerissen. Wie kann das passieren bei einem elastischem sportband? Ich würde sie bitte als Unternehmen mir ein anderes gegenstück zu zusenden. I got an update on my ionic Fitbit watch. I accepted it and started. in between, I lost network and my watch got struck. It's not even showing that my watch is on. What should I do?
