Cancel my premium

They said my email is not of record. I have never had another email address and have 2 or 3 fitbits. I have the Fitbit Sense. It wont sync on my IPhone but will sink on my IPad. I called to cancel the premium and they said they cant do it without a correct email. grrr

I have had si many problems with my fitbit its been replaced 3 or 4 times in a couple of years. Now it just died

Wont charge won't turn on.. tried different cables nothing. cleaned contacts and nothing battery not charging. I have had 3 different devices sent over to me that were defective in the past 2 years. Know fitbit won't do anything for me. Device should last then 2 years. So

Heart rate keeps going away. Not for me and useless to have. I returned both . I bought versa 4 and charge 5 . I had the same problem. Contacted customer service and had no success.

User's recommendation: Try it . If it doesn’t work get your refund.

Charge 5 return

I bought a Charge 5 less than a year ago (at the suggestion of my cardiologist. Over the last month it has been intermittently going dormant and, as of yesterday, has been consistently dormant and is not tracking activity. It is fully charged and has not been dropped or damaged in any way. Ive followed instructions to reset but there is no response. Since its useless to me and I no longer have the receipt to be able to return it, I figured you should have it back. It will be sent today via priority Mail with a tracking number. Regards,
