Went into a hot tub thinking watch was water proof and found out it was not and now it won't work or Sync with my watch phoned help desk and problem has been taken care of

I'm being charged for something I no longer own and never signed up for. I opened a claim with Fitbit in January 2023 and sent them bank statements showing what they owe me. They couldn't even find an account for me, yet still charge me every month. Now, there is no live person on their Help Line, so I get disconnected. Fitbit has charged my credit card over $570.00 and I can't stop it. Please help!!

Fixing my fitbit

There was no resolution. While the customer service rep was very cordial, Fitbit came back saying that it was not covered under warranty. It is clearly unfair to someone who is over 60 years of age to see that the piece is damaged despite taking such good care of it and the company not being helpful.

I was charged for an auto renewal k didnt authorize after years of Fitbit. It was due to a lock out password issue cyst service resolved and gave me six month trial again bc they said thats the way it had to process- then at the end of the trial I noticed I was charged 89 dollars- they never said it would do that

I am happy with the product and it's purpose. But my wife's Versa 3 would have problems connecting with her phone, so it was difficult checking her sleep pattern, even with her new phone, an iPhone 13 she still had problems, eventually after a charge the versa 3 stopped working altogether!
