My scale I purchased with fit bit stop connecting to wifi. I called several times and recieved several emails to do the same thing multiple times. Even with changes they ask of me to make nothing work. My warrenty is up, So in other words I spent 130 on a regular scale. They don't care.

Worst product ever!!! Had my Fitbit 1 year 1 month and 7 days before if completely fell apart. Not to mention I only wore it only 8 months out of the year. Fitbit customer service refused to replace it since it was 38 days out of warranty. I have 3 other friends that had fitbits that fell apart. Terrible product and waste of money. For what they cost, they should last longer.

My husband bought me a fitbit a couple of years ago. It broke and my mother bought me the HR fit. That fit bit broke and my husband bought another one. The strap broke and I got a replacement. Now the replacement will not charge and the best the company can offer is 25% off after paying full price for three trackers that have all broken or fallen apart.
